Why doesn't I get any money before I have accumulated 100 USD ?

Because of the costs of mailing out checks, the checks will be mailed only once a member has accumulated $100 in their account.

Who are the winners in this game, and who are the losers ?

The winners of this "game" are the ones who gets referrals, so the trick is just to get as many referrals as possible. See the list of our top 10 members. The losers of this "game" are the ones who pay the 100$ to become a member, but does not get new referrals.
